Our lead for performance is Jack Everton, personal trainer and performance coach.
Jack is a highly experienced performance coach, working with athletes and sportspeople from all walks of life, young and mature. He focuses on ‘bread and butter’ movements that deliver highly functional and consistent performance gains.
Jack’s values in training lead him to join forces with Rick Miller to deliver no nonsense, science-backed and realistic, personalised training.
Jack represents the next generation of personal trainers. Making realistic transformations that keep you as healthy inside as you look on the outside.
This service is ideal for clients that have at least 2 years of gym experience, work best with ongoing guidance and support and are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals in the shortest time possible.
In the initial consultation Jack will review you training, nutritional goals and put together a personalised training and nutritional plan. Including supplementation if needed.
You will also receive a once a week review with Jack to monitor your progress, tweak your program and ensure continued progression.
Jack is also available to help via WhatsApp between Monday - Friday 7-6pm. Weekends 7-4pm for support.
This is totally dependent on your starting point.
Jack takes a bespoke approach ensuring that all clients he works with are using exceptional technique and building a well-performing as well as eye-catching physique.
Typically the changes seen in Hollywood transformations are not sustainable. Believe us, we work with some of them!
Jack is able to deliver incredible changes in a realistic timeframe but more importantly, changes for life and sets clear expectations at the outset.
Jack is not fixed on any one system of training, so if you were worried about expensive gym memberships or would prefer to use a mixture of bodyweight and traditional weight lifting, this is possible.
Jack will work with you to understand the best approach, whether that’s bodyweight, bands, weight lifting or another method. Resistance is resistance.
Jack specialises in training with men but is happy to work with women who consider themselves experienced gym-goers or are a competitive sportswoman. If you are a woman who is a novice to training, please get in touch so we can advise accordingly.
Yes we can. By joining forces with Rick Miller, Dietitian we are able to offer a whole suite of different nutritionally-focused biochemical tests, including full blood panels, food sensitivity tests and more.
We able home testing where a nurse comes to your home and takes all samples. Making it simple with minimal disruption to your day. Panels are interpreted in a short online session with Rick Miller, Dietitian and this included in any fees.
For clinical matters, such as gut problems and IBS, we recommend a full dietitian consultation which can be arranged during your work with Jack.
Whilst bespoke is often superior even for the most elite of trainers, for some time our clients have asked for a ‘ready to go’ program.
This includes a nutrition plan and exercises they can simply pay for and get started.
Our self-directed program was made by putting Rick and Jack’s expertise together. It contains all the exercises you need to get started and a nutrition plan based on whole foods.
